Many ingredients are needed for creating contemporary computer games. These include literary devices such as character sketches, plot outlines, and storyboards. Artistic assets such as 3D environments, animation, and audio are vital. And plenty of code goes into every game. At Electronic Arts I wrote design documents and code for internal software tools used in the development of console games.
