Mary Eurania Whaples was born on February 13, 1832 in Meridian, Connecticut. She was an identical twin with Martha E. In the box of photographs from Jean Marquardt's basement, there was a small, but ornate photo album with "Mrs. R. Darling" inscribed. The names of the first 5 photographs were listed in the index, which was very helpful in identifying Mary's family and twin sister Martha Whaples Leonard.
I could identify some of the other photographs when compared with other known photographs, but the majority of Mary's album are still "fallen leaves" from our family tree. Anyone who can help me identify these lost souls, please contact me.
