I came across this picture the other day and thought, "That is just plain evil." Beware of spammers is all I can say. You think you are getting a quality AMD product at first glance, you read further and realize it is an Intel knock-off. Ofcourse, what else is next? The Intel Athlon P4 3200+? | ||||||||||||
| These are the finish screen shots of my latest and greatest creation, in a mannor of speaking. It has been running pretty buggy lately, I belive the problem to be a video card problem. I feel pretty bad about the situation too. What has happend, I didn't find any errors before I handed the computer over. Thus putting my customer which also happends to be a friend in a less then satisfyed position. Anyhow, here are the pics of the final result. Not a bad looking computer is it? You wont find any sloppy wiring with my computers, no siree. Here is my over clocking job that I did on my computer. I have the processor running at 1.83ghz as opposed to the stock rating of 1.73ghz. The reason for only the 100mhz increase is that unlocking the multiplyer is "unplesant" on my processor and the FSB just doesn't want to go any further without overclocking my PCI and AGP slots. I do not belive my motherboard to have that option. My ram timings are nice and tight, running at a 2.2.2.5 setting. The Radeon 8500LE's stock rating of 250mhz is running is a good 310mhz. After I finished doing that, I bench marked my computer. Before the overclocking I achived about 10627 on the 3D Benchmark 2003. Afterwards I scored a blazing 14026. I'm very happy with how my computer is now running and with all the fans I have in there now something is bound to stay cool. |
