| I am very proud of being born in Macau. The mixed culture of this unique city allowing me to experience the joy, the conflict, the diversity, and the peace. I love this small city. She is named "The city of culture". I name her "my home". I completed my high school and university education in Winnipeg, Canada. 41 Balmoral Street was my first home when I was in Canada. I then moved to the Pembina Woods in the University Crescent for the last few years before I left for Macau. Winnipeg is a lovely city. My first personal goal, after university graduation, was to contribute in my hometown, Macau. During the years I worked in Macau, I proceed my MBA degree in Marketing major. My thesis research was about the business opportunity of an application that I designed and developed it by using Text-to-Speech technology in 1999. It is an integrated messaging service called "Talk2Me". In year 2003, I decided to study aboard for a different specality to achieve my new personal and professional goals. Based on my experiences in organizational re-engineering, I wanted to upgrade the most essential skills I'll need in order to succeed in my professional life. I chose Organizational Conflict Management in Organizational Psychology. This program inspired me to continue learning and sharing. I then designed a program of conflict management and introduced this program to help organizations and people that different ways of communication can be applied to deal with conflicts. |
