| Organizational Conflict Management This program is designed for professionals who want to incorporate conflict resolution and management skills in their work as consultants, mediators, trainers, group facilitators and managers. The focus of the program is on conflict prevention, management and resolution in an organizational setting. The program provides a comprehensive foundation in the theory and practice of conflict management and is unique in a number of respects.
