Writer's Biography
Deane Lam was born in Macau S.A.R., China. She began her university education at The University of Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada, where she received a bachelor degree in Business Computing.
She then attended The Macau University of Science & Technology in Macau, where she was awarded a master's degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
Again, she attended John F. Kennedy University in California, USA, where she studied Organizational Conflict Management / Professional Psychology.
Professionally, she started out as an internal consultant of systems analysis and organizational effectiveness. Her professional role was Division Head of Program & Network Management during her seven years employment at a telecommunication company in Macau.
In her training profession, she has designed and conducted user applications workshops for public and private sector groups. She is now focused on developing organizational conflict management programs for different professions particularly in cross-cultural regions. Due to her diverse educational and professional background in Asia and Western cultures, she designs training programs for local organizations and she writes articles about conflict management for foreign professions.
Deane loves to share and that makes her a lifetime learner and lifetime teacher.
