These are the Power Levels one must be at in order to transform. A Transformation can only occure when there is extreme rage, like the loss of a loved one. What it comes down to its you have to be strong and either near death and/or see the death of a friend. Humans go into the catagory of changlings, along with anyother race. They can always transform, it means they can use it as a power level technique.
Saiyans
Super Saiyan lvl 1: This is the first lvl of a super saiyan, it doubles ones strangeth and speed, (auto first attack unless opponent is ssj or = to it) a Saiyan must be at the least at a pl of 1,000,000 and they must have extreme rage
USSJ: This is a form of an ssj stronger than a normal ssj but also slower (opponent gets 2 attacks in) This form triples your strangth but your speed will be nothing to brag about, pl x 1.5, Not a nessesary stage inorder to reach ssj2
Super Saiyan Lvl 2: This level is also achived by rage and your pl must be around 100,000,000 or higher. Is stronger than ussj and faster than ssj making it one of the better choices of battle, pl x 4
Super Saiyan Lvl 3: This form is an odd one, you (in the rpg only) can only stay in this form for 3 min at max, and afterward must rest up before you can fight at full force (meaning u cannot go ssj for a while after being in ssj3 3 min)
Super Saiyan lvl 4: This is a true saiyans dream. your pl is extremely high, Your Speed is astounding and for all short people out there, you get tall. PL is above 700,000,000, pl x 10
Nameks
Super Namek:= This is the first lvl of a super namek, it doubles ones strangeth and speed, (auto first attack unless opponent is ssj or = to it) a Namek must be at the least at a pl of 1,000,000 and they must have extreme rage, no physical changes
Super Namek lvl 2: another namek form, it is in between ssj2 and ssj3 by saiya-jin standings, This level is also achived by rage and your pl must be around 300,000,000 or higher pl x 5, no physical changes
Super Namek lvl 3: The Best of all namek forms you are fast strong and quick, your pl must be above 700,000,000 pl is x10, no physical changes
Humans/Androids
Super Human: This is the first lvl of a super human, it doubles ones strangeth and speed, (auto first attack unless opponent is ssj or = to it) a Human must be at the least at a pl of 1,000,000 and they must have extreme rage, no physical changes
Super Human lvl 2: Same as above only your pl must be around 300,000,000 and is x 5
Super Human lvl 3: same as above only ur pl must be around 700,000,000, pl x 10
