We will now have a look at some of the flowers and plants that help to create the tropical atmosphere that I favour. Daze Retreat is constantly changing with the seasons. We love a multitude of colour to brighten the green foliage.

These are a selection of some of the many potplants we have in both front and back gardens. I will gradually update this page until all pots have been displayed. Pots are very handy in that they can be moved around to add a bit of colour to an otherwise bare area. Daze Retreat is a garden of constant change, be it positioning, colour or layout. It is summer here in Australia as I present this site (February 2005) and many of my overseas friends tell me they are waiting patiently for spring to arrive to be able to enjoy the beauty of their gardens.

We are also partial to hanging baskets for adding impact and colour. As with pots I particularly like the flexibility of being able to resite the baskets if necessary.
