William Longfellow b. 25 Nov 1679 remarried again probably after the death of his first wife to Elizabeth Ringgold 12 Feb 1712. To this marriage was born not one,not three, but five! FIVE young soccer playing Longfellow's born on the Eastern banks of Maryland in Talbot or Queen Annes County Close to the County border! well ok I'm not certain they played soccer but they could have!1)William Longfellow born 23 Dec 1712 in Talbot County, Maryland. 2)Jonathanb 1 Mar 1715 somewhere near where the County lines meet of Talbot and Queen Annes County, Maryland. He married Elizabeth Turner and they lived in Queen Annes until the border was disputed and then lived in Kent,Delaware. 3) Elizabeth Longfellow b. 6 Aug 1717 Maryland. 4) Hetty Longfellow b. 3 Jun 1721 Maryland. 5) Thomas Longfellow b. abt 1724 Thomas had an unknown first wife and they had three daughters possibly more -Susannah Longfellow b. abt 1750 and she married Nathaniel Knotts,son of William Knotts, - Hannah, and Deannah Thomas later (1791) married Margaret Mercer before his death in 1796 and lived in Kent County, Delaware where his Will can be found.
