Possible Solutions

Now as I have brought up in the previous section, "Problems", the main way to fix this situation of a low attention span is to exercise the mind, develope one's imagination. To do this, there are many methods one could take.

  1. Reading books
  2. Reading stories online
  3. Drawing
  4. Writing stories
  5. Debating issues with people around you
  6. Chatting online about such issues
  7. Teaching yourself new things through educational books
  8. Learning a musical instrament/s
  9. Learning a new language
I could mention many more, but I'm sure you get the point.

Now you may ask how these things do what they do? They challenge us. This chalenge they bring to us not only stimulates the mind in such a way to make us smarter, more curious, give meaning to ones life, it also increases our attention span. Reading one good book can do alot of this quite effortlessly.
