This is where I'm going to blow off steam, vent my frustrations, rail against life, talk about things that just plain piss me off, whether from personal experience or something I heard about or something from the news. I've also decided to combine this page with reviews of films games music I've seen or heard recently. 19-04-04Rant - Ranting.Well actually my first rant is about how damn hard it is to put my rants down on paper, I really thought this would be easy cos i'm such a generally abusive and sarcastic person, but it seems a good bit of work actually has to go into ranting on paper. I was discussing this with my friend Jon over a few beers and it seems i'm more of an "off the cuff" ranter which means i'm funny at the time, so unless I carry a dictaphone around or a laptop with me, my rants lose effect as the time passes. now don't think this is just an excuse to get out of abusing all the poor dumb fuck's out there, believe me I will get around to it, and oh god material isn't hard to come by, it's just keeping it all in my head then trying to get it down in a semi humorous angry way here for you people to read which is posing the problem. But, hey I'm a fucking genius so I'll work it out sometime you just got to bear with me as I work out the kinks. Rant - Slow drivers.Ah a subject so dear to my heart as anyone who's ever had the misfortune to get in a car with me behind the wheel will vouch for. These dipshits are material for abuse everywhere. Now don't get me wrong I'm a relatively good, safe driver (as no-one who's ever driven with me will vouch for - pussies) and i'm quite happy ( since penalty points ) to toddle along at the speed limit, it's these jackass's who insist on driving at 40 mph on a main frickin road who cause all the accident's, like jesus look in your fucking rear view mirror, see that convoy behind you, no they didn't mistake you for a hearse, but they all wish you were frickin dead, PULL OVER if your gonna be such a slow asshole and let people by! Worse than slow drivers in my mind though has to be semi slow driver's, whats that you say? these are the guy's who drive at 40 mph in places you can't pass them out but if you get to an overtaking lane or dual carriageway, they frickin race you to the end only to hold you up again!!!!! NOW thats an ASSHOLE!!! Review - City of Heroes.Now this game is still in closed beta, which for non-gaming people means it's still being made and we are testing it for bugs and problems, which basically means we get to play the game for free!! Now this is another of my MMORPG's (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) which means it's only available online and there's a gazzilion people playing it from all over the world. I have always prefered going head to head with people rather than machines so these games really appeal to me, even though there is no PvP (Player vs Player) in this game which is a big factor in most of my chosen games. Now City of Heroes is based in Paragon City and it is based around a cartoon hero world where everyone gets to play a superhero of their choice and makeup, here the choices are endless and half the fun is making your character and designing their superhero outfit, which could take hours as there is so much choice. But I have to say I'm havin enomous fun playing this game (I was and still am a huge Marvel/DC comic book superheroes fan) it's great just watching other heroes do their thing and the outfits are insane, I havent seen two people alike in either costume or powers yet, unless ones a sidekick and that was the plan, which I have seen and it looks hilarious aswell. Due to the fact that it's still in closed beta and the NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) I cant go into alot of detail about the game, but later on i'll post some funny stories or alternatively check out Neener.net for Kwips accounts which will always be funnier than mine :) or check out the game website for City of Heroes. 10-05-04Review - Kill Bill Vol.2.Having seen Vol.1 the obvious next step would be to see kill Bill Vol.2, so can you see where this is leading? If the answer is no piss off my website now your too stupid to be here :) I enjoyed this movie, wasn't as Gory as Vol.1 one but come on she hacked up the crazy 88 like they were a sunday roast, how can that NOT be kewl. In this movie though they decided to flesh out the storyline of the gorefest a tad for the intelectuals who wanted to see it. A few points stuck out for me, the whole being buried alive shit, AAAGH worst ngihtmare and freaked me out no end, the funny chinese goober (Liu pei?)hehe. Ok so I'm not a majorly analytical movie guru, but I tell it like it is :) I liked it, go see it, write me your review and I'll post it :) Rant - Nightclub Bouncers.Now here is something I feel I'm better at, ranting, on saturday night as we were "still" celebrating my birthday we decided to toddle along to the local shithole where the dregs of the barrel of dropouts flex and abuse their power over us mere mortals, Now i've worked as a bouncer before and I know how it works, "You don't have to be a complete fuckhead" Ok so we got to the door and he's ogling my feet, never mind my hands, I could have stabbed him in the jugular 17 times before he even bothered to notice, no he was more interested in the fact that I had, dun dun dun!!! Runners on!!! OMFG run away that guy has runners on! What idiots, I refuse to wear a pair of shoes when I go out, I want to be comfortable!! let all the other prissy posers wear their loafers if they want, why the fuck are we discriminated against cos we wear runners, what is this bullshit I ask you? It's a fucking ridiculous management policy and really needs to drag itself out of the dark ages. If anything runners are safer, cos they have a grip!!! no slippie fallie here, Gah!!! I'm off to browse the web now for some law so I can rub it in their stupid faces next time. More rants to come !!!
