Hello my name is Darren and I am from Ireland, Currently living and working in six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey, in the U S of A

Ok I got a bit of time off so I better start filling in some of the blanks :)

For people who know me well alot of this will seem obvious and stupid but bear with me I'm expecting more than you to view this! It must be said alot of my original "inspiration" for my site comes from my friend Daan's website, but as time goes on I hope this will take on more of a Darren touch. Fortunately (for me) in my opinion, myself and Daan are very much alike in alot of ways which lends itself to me plagiarizing his website quite easily.

Ok back to the beginning.... I was born in Wexford, in the "sunny" south-east of Ireland, in the summer of '78 to two people whom i've come to fondly refer to as the olds, aka my parents. I wasn't the first mistake... erm child they had, my elder brother Wayne already being 2 years old and toddling around, and I wasn't the last either, with my sister Pamela following 4 years later. We weren't quite a disfunctional family but we tried our best. It's really hard to try and sum your childhood up into a paragraph or two so I'm not going to bother, if you don't know me by now then ask if you do then you know this already.

I went to secondary school in the FCJ in Bunclody, and college in DIT Mountjoy Square where I qualified as a Bar manager, yea I know, why??, well the method behind my madness at the time was, no matter where in the world I travel, there will be a bar ( this isn't just an Irish thing! ) and I knew i'd be able to find work. During my college years I lived in Dublin, which in itself is an experience and I met some nice people whom i'm still friends with.
