The administrators attended many important courses, some of which are listed below:

  1. Communication and formal correspondence.

  2. Two workshops about the needs of Jerusalem and its institutes.

  3. Accounting system.

  4. Finance management for non-financial managers.

  5. Computer courses for teachers and instructors in the dormitories.

 
Systemization
  1. The completion of the employment scale and salaries for all job’s titles, responsibilities and job description.

  2. Entering and applying accounting system for salaries in the computer.

  3. Entering the students’ names, school results, school fees, employees’ files in the computer.

Facilities and Renovations
  1. Transferring the two garages into storage rooms, with a new storekeeper.

  2. Taking inventory of the contents of the institute and recording them in suitable files.

  3. Changing telephone switchboard.

  4. Providing offices with nine fans.

  5. Buying musical instruments.
