from Risperdal and to take Cogentin to control them. There is a family history
of Tic Disorder? Change to Xiprexa? To start discontinue Risperdal.
April 9. Cogentin accelerates Danny�s movements. Danny will be
taken off Risperdal and Propranolol reinstated. It will block only Danny�s
beta-adrenergic behaviour and not the alpha-adrenergic�s. If one has a Tic
Disorder Risperdal can accentuate it.
June 21. Meeting with Dr. Huggins and Dr. S. Homaditis. Report
not included.

Jan. 2. Family�s General Observations for 9 days at home plus a list
of Danny �s compulsions.
Jan. 15. Danny has orange-brown toenails, too much Vitamin B3?
Jan. 18. Appointment with Dr. L. Lee, Neurologist at the Sunnybrook
Hospital. Waiting for his report. Approve of Depakene 1250 mg./day.
Jan. 27. Arvin Jehab present Danny�s case to a group of naturopathic
colleagues. Waiting for his report.
Feb. 1. Phone conversation with Arvin Jehab about orangy color toenails,
he said: �Danny�s kidneys are not processing B vitamins in general and his
liver is over charging, to lower B3 to 2x per day and 1x day of B6 and to
make sure he drinks plenty of water.�
Feb.3. Appointment with Dr. Gannage for consultation about toenails
color, need for a blood work, stool analysis, liver test and parasite test.
Would he be the coordinator for Danny�s treatment?
Feb. 7. Consultation with a DAN! Doctor: Dr.Rex Verschuren. Expensive
tests. Diet before use of any treatment like Secretin.
