Dr. Ulrich Rappen, child Psychiatrist recommends Valproic Acid and a
EEG at Sunnybrook Hospital was not successful on June 12th.

Psychiatric Consultation with Dr. E.W. Busse on July 29.

Amoxil for SIB, suspected Otitis Medis and pharyngitis & swollen glands.

Feb.28 Another EEG? How we will sedate Danny if Chloral Hydrate did not work?  Dr. J. Huggins recommends Danny to see Dr. Zahn.

April 14.  Annual Physical Exam by Dr. J. Huggins
April 26.  Baseline Blood Ammonia is 102,etc.

May 7.  Diagnosis and recommended treatments. Danny is on Depakene 250 mg 1x per day prescribed by Dr. J. Huggins.
May 11.   Neurologic examination by Dr. Catherine Zahn, of The Toronto Hospital, Western Division.
May 22.  Report over Depakene. Danny�s compulsions are high.
May 29.  Ativan had fantastic effects.  Increasing Depakene.
May 31.  Dr Huggins reports and lab results. Ammonia & Depakene OK

June 2.  Danny gets �stuck� on a number while counting. Side effect?
June 15. Supplements for the treatment of Autism: B6 100 mg, Calcium Magnesium 1500 mg and Lecithin 2400 mg. Approved by Dr. Huggins.

August 10.  Dr Busse recommends Prozac for OCD.
August 24.  Danny is now on Prozac and Depakene 500 mg. Dr. J. Huggins.

Sept. 7.  Lab monitoring Ammonia and Depakene OK

Oct. 2.   Very cheerful, non-aggressive but it is like he has had 20 cups of coffee. Dr. Huggins recommends up to 40 mg of Prozac immediately.
Oct. 25.  Lab monitoring within acceptable limits. Depakene and Prozac.

Dec. 3.   Prozac is increased to 80 mg to control his OCD.
Dec. 8.   SIB, Danny has swollen nose, lips, and face. Ears full of wax.
Dec. 11. Could  80 mg of Prozac could be the cause of his behaviours? Should we increase Depakene to 750 mg?
Dec. 18.  Reduce Prozac to 40mg. Using Ativan for behavioural purposes.
Dec. 21.  Again to ER now is his right clavicle that is fracture
