Hi!
I’m Ma. Isabella Gabrielle E. Castro, the first
offspring of a great pair like Mom Ivy & Dad Daniel.
Mom
& Dad believed to successfully conceive me on December
23, 2003, Christmas season. They planned me to be a
baby girl based on calendar method as taught by the
Church. It was confirmed then on February 2004 that
mom is carrying me after taking the instant
pre-natal test suggested by Tita Annie. My gender
then is still a secret just wait until you see my 3D
image. (See pic of tester)
Boy,
mom was really frantic when we got our first
ultrasound on March 9, 2004. Mom and Dad got excited
as they see me on the system’s monitor. One thing
is for sure, I’m not camera shy. (See pic of Ultrasound
/ Heartbeat background)
The
whole family are thrilled especially my cousins since
another member will soon arrive. Mom & Dad altogether
raised me inside my mom’s womb with extra love
& care supplying me with folic acid, enfamama, natalin,
iberet, clusivol OB multivitamins which I need for strong
development. I can hear them from inside. They are always
talking to me, teaching me daylight & nighttime.
Mom always chants Disney songs & nursery rhymes.
Dad gives me my playtime every night before they go
to sleep.
Months
have passed. It’s about time for me to be revealed
as a girl
“Arielle” or a boy “Neo”.
Mom & Dad, as advised by Dra. Elsie R. Dancel, went
to Saint Luke’s
Medical Center for me to have my 3D image on July
8, 2004. This time mom isn’t nervous for it shall
be done on the outer side. I told you, I’m not
camera shy. Without further adue, chara! It’s
me! (See pic of Ultrasound).
Mom
& Dad had a deal with me and asked me to come out
September 8, 2004. This date is really special for us
since its Mama Mary’s birthday. Mom, feeling minor
contractions visited Dra. Dancel for a checkup last
September 7, 2004. Uuups…hello Doc! She felt my
head already. Mom was admitted right there and then
to Manila Doctors Hospital.
Mom
was taken to the labor room at 2200H. Dad waited at
room 1105 and spent long hours awake outside the delivery
room. My Tita Beth & Tito Gregg, Tita Mimi &
Tito Jones, Tita Elsie & Tito Ariel wave their support.
Everybody send sms & called Dad for updates. Mom
& I spent 19 hours before the big moment.
Finally,
at exactly 1738H
last September 8, 2004, I came out. Mom is great.
Dad, after attending the afternoon mass, is surprised
as the nurse called him to take a look at me. (See pic
of 1st time to see Dad)
Are
you wondering what happened before that on the delivery
room? Then take a look at this as I
make my fresh breath of life.
Mom
and Dad named me "Maria Isabella Gabrielle".
Isabella means "consecrated
to God" while Gabrielle means
"Hero of God". Maria
was added in honor of Mama Mary since my birth coincides
with her. The combination of Isabella and Gabrielle
gives way for a nice nickname of "Arielle"
which happens to be my Mom's favorite
disney princess.
Well
then, nice start ha! Here are my activities right from
the nursery to my mother & father’s arms…(See
