6. How has your life transformed by improving your physical condition - by deciding to accept the Challenge and sticking to it from start to finish?

The difference within me now, as opposed to before starting Body-
for-LIFE, is now I want to celebrate healthy living. I have a totally different perspective and outlook on life. I've learned not to be victimized by my own thoughts or by other people anymore, and I'm a lot quicker at identifying adversity. I look forward to help teach healthy living, doing some Personal Training, and personally am preparing to start a Circuit-Training Carb-Up, Carb-Down BFL Program suggested to me by Lynn Lingenfelter & Eric Shrieves down in Orlando. Life can be so much fun! I'm happy, happy with who I am, happy with the efforts I've taken and happy with this lifestyle. I've gained back my self-respect & sense of purpose and mission. And, I get compliments all the time! There's a whole lot more of calm confidence and balance about me these days!

If you could inspire only one person to follow your example - to experience all the positive changes you have over the past 12 weeks - who would that one person be; why would you choose that person; and how would you help that person succeed like you have?

If I could inspire one person to follow my example - it would be my mom. It seems, like me, resistance and many obstacles have come her way - far more than the average person needs in their life. There are many health-related reasons now occupying her system "why" she must set and meet her goals. I want her to obtain High Point Living rewards and to hold herself accountable. She reminds me of where I was at the beginning of my 12-weeks, yet in the same breath she's wonderful! She has many talents, a kind, loving heart and a great mind. The key to Body-
for-LIFE as I see it, is not to give up on yourself or on the Body-for-LIFE program. It works! Because of her physical circumstances, each goal that we would set together would have to be obtainable. I know we can "set goals," and "create a plan" specific for her. I know that the Prep Time is vital. I've learnt that: "The EFFORT you put into your Prep Time = the RESULTS you can EXPECT to achieve!" I know she can do it! I can help her! We can do this! Encouraging change requires a focused intensity and decision to exchange negatives with positives, and patience to identify the negatives. For me it was also a matter of letting go of giving up on myself. I know once she "takes action" on her planned program to raise her metabolic fuel, she'll see results. There will be victories! I intend on working with her and helping her "track those results!" Thank-you!
