  • Batalion 15, 16, 17 Infanterie Marină:
    3 x Companie Puscasi (27 Plt. Puscasi);
    1 x Companie Armament Greu (9 Plt. Mitraliere + 3 Plt. Tunuri 37 mm).
  • Compania 1, 2 Observare (6 Plt. Observare);
  • Compania Debarcare (3 Plt. Puscasi + 1 Plt Mitraliere).

• The Sedentary Part (in Reni, Bessarabia):
  • Batalion Instructie;
  • Companie Depozit;
  • Companie Garnizoană.

Formed again 1944 (M.S.M.'s Order 76402 / 21.3.1944) with the same 3 batallions.
