Fishing the Eastern High Sierra
D-ARTMAN PRESENTS
I have been visiting the Eastern High Sierra Mountains for over twenty years. At least two trips a year, spring and late fall, these mountains have become my temple. Here I can become one with God and nature. Without these excersions to look forward to,life would be left to work, and traffic jams. Though there is much to appreciate in my life with friends, family, and Wendy, sharing my spiritual home in these mountains is essential to my happy existance in this crazy world. I hope you enjoy what this sight shares with you, and I honor the opportunity to share what I have seen, and have done in the Eastern High Sierra Mountains. Thank you.
Hello friends, I willcontinue to expand this site and bring you more pictures, adventure, and fishing tips. Thanks for stopping by and happy angeling! Your friend, D-artman.
As in fishing, it takes preparation, timing, cooperation from Mother Nature, and a whole lot of luck, to photograph such scenes as this one. The right time? The right place? The right lens on the right camera, and the right film in the camera? "OOOOPS"

This 19" Cutthroat was the first keeper I've ever caught from this river. Natural reserve restrictions apply here. A special thanks goes to my spotter Tom H. for leaving his fishing lisense at the cabin.
Lundy Lake in spring time can be very productive, if you are patient, and bring lots of light tackle. Right Elmer!
