It was great in the beginning, love was all we needed, T'was an immense furrowed field together that we seeded,
The plans we made together, worked them day to day, A debt to society, what a price to pay!
now my heart is in prison and the key has been thrown away. It's no good us leaving, yet it's no good for us to stay.
A forgiving natures called for, no forgetting can be done. I'm so good at losing, I just wish that I could have won.
We've played a game for years, now it looks as if it's ended, The score is not settled, the broken ornament can't be mended.
Love used to be the issue, now convienience takes its place, The time has taken it's toll, see the worry lines on my face, Just one thing keeps us together, but thats not really fair,
To grow up with two people so unhappy, that would be all thats there. The answers are non existent, so what are the odds, You can't dig for gold in the garden, you can't get by the sods!
Alas love dies it's a pity, but what else can we do, I don't know if you still love me, but I know I still love you.
Alas love dies, it's a shame, a shamble of a dream, Slowly developing into a nightmare, a clot of decaying cream,
Then the rot sets in, with no mercy on the brain, Nothing left but anger, nothing left but pain.
Alas love dies it's a killing, lives ruined everywhere, But still there is no answer, still there's nothing there.
It's a stale mate situation, nothing to say or do, The only thing that I can say is the solution lies with you!

Its been such a long haul, I think its been worth it all, Now the spring has become the fall and all we do is bawl,
It's not as if we've not tried, long before you became my bride, But now its becoming suicide, we must get together and decide,
I'm emotionally empty all my patients have gone, I'm afraid I've sang my very last song,
I still care a great deal don't get me wrong,But I'm sorry I have to get along.
You see you've stole my personality, I seriously don't want to be free,
but the chains you've created will be the death of me, You'll have to open your mind and see,
It's just now that I realise, love's being replaced by pure sympathise, It's not really that easy to summarize,
But I'll tell you the truth before telling the lies
Your destroying my intelligent mentality, and tearing me apart physically,
I'm not a coward because I want to flee,'Cause I'll hurt you so much and that's not me!
I'm always suffering in total silent, but now your making a lamb violent,
You've increased my emotional rent, The inevitable is impossible to prevent.
I want you to go on as long as forever, But not for me, not now, never!
A relationship limb I have to sever, Self preservation is wise and clever.
I'm concerned about your emotional state, But, girl, can't you see that it's too late,
I don't want the love to turn to hate, But you've got to let go thats the only fate,
It's so very difficult to finnish this, There will be so much to go a miss,
The relationship we have to dismiss, but I hope we can say goodbye with a kiss....

It's great to be back together again......
It's not always doom and gloom at the end of a relationship. I've kown people to marry, split,
divorce and then marry each other again.

The solution has been found, it will take quite a while,
To pick up all the pieces and return our loving smile,
Gratitude is what I feel, to be given a second chance,
Now I know you love me our feelings we can enhance.
Alas love reborn the feelings are immense,
To destroy so many lives would just not make any sense.
alas love reborn, it's great to be back together again,
Now there is no anger but still a little pain.
Alas love reborn, we can work it out,
Now the fight is over, now it's the end of the bout.
Let's just take a little time, to work together again,
We now know we love each other, and together, forever, I hope it will remain!
