Community Leaders
The Daan Tubo community also holds its own elections for its Daan Tubo Neighborhood Association (DTNA), which is considered by most residents as the governing body of the community. Unfortunately, the registration of this association was already revoked without the knowledge of the newly elected officials. After their formal induction the officers of DTNA registered the association a different name. They are now known as Aktibong Mamamayan ng Daan Tubo (AMDT).
Aktibong Mamamayan ng Daan Tubo Officials:
President: Edna CincoAt present, there is a conflict between the Barangay Captain and the President of DTNA. According to the groups key informant the disagreement started when the President of AMDT, Mrs. Cinco did not supposedly support Barangay Captain Noguera during his campaign for the election season. In turn, Brgy. Capt. Noguera, who then won the elections, appointed his own Area Representatives and does not recognize AMDT as an official assemblage, but as a religious group.
