The posters vary depending on the target market intended for each particular product. Farmers nowadays tend to be more dependent on effectiveness but the packaging gives the product character and personality.
The concept for the conference was to unleash the strength and talent within each employee as represented by the burning fire. This fire connotes the energy and enthusiasm to achieve better and faster.
