I looked to Jackson Fitness Training
to help me gain weight without compromising my health and well
being. Up to now, with a height of 6'2", my weight has increased
from a meagre 9st 12lbs to a healthy 12st. Dan clearly displays
a genuine commitment to achieving excellent results, consistently
delivering training sessions which are challenging, intense and
fun. I've noticed a vast improvement in general fitness, endurance
and strength and has helped improve my self esteem. Dan is an
exceptional personal trainer with a great attitude and I always
look forward to my sessions with him and my training partner.

I have been training
with Dan for 4 months. He's a knowledgeable and inspiring trainer.
He gives you the reassurance to accomplish your personal goals
and works with you to bring out the best in your performance.
He's a very good as a motivator, hard working, and inspiring personal
trainer. He helps with dietary advice and has a personable style
of mentoring for me to achieve my goal. He will push you to your
limits even when you think you are going to stop but somehow he
manages to encourage you to find that extra drive. Personal training
with Dan is enjoyable. He may work you hard but results are beginning
to show.

My name is Mariola.
Just five months ago I was size 20 and I didn't feel self conscious
really. But what changed my world was Dan of Jackson Fitness.
I started working with Dan in April 2012. And I loved it from
the beginning. Until today I have lost a lot of weight and we
are still working together. My fitness level is the best it
has ever been, this is all down to Dan. I recommend to all who
ask how I've lost weight and toned up!

has not only been a great Personal Trainer but a great source for
all fitness information including supplements and injury advice.
All my personal goals I set I always smash when working with Dan.
I always see my desired outcome. He manages to make you look forward
to each session because you see the results staring at you in the
mirror at every session. Thanks Dan for all your help, persistence,
and the advice you have given me. The training we have done in the
house has been great with Dan encouraging me every step of the way
(and even doing it with me) it has been fun and very worth while.
I hated running before I started the course, but after our first
run Dan told me to invest in some running trainers and I now go
once a week with my partner as well as with Dan. Dan is so professional,
supportive and most importantly for me, a really good laugh.

You will not be disappointed
in choosing Jackson Fitness personal training as you will be
entering a motivated and extremely friendly environment and
will end up looking forward to the sessions as the best parts
of the week. By the end of a month or even 2 weeks with Dan
you'll be laughing at how much you've changed already. There's
even a running club on Saturday mornings. Seriously have a go
there's absolutely nothing to loose and everything to gain.
Dan even trained me in the 6 weeks I had a broken wrist and
was as patient as ever. I came to Dan having completed a full
marathon in May 2011 and wanting to get back into weight training
and fitness as soon as possible as the weight training aspect
had lulled during the weeks prior to the marathon, and our progress
rocketed from there. Then I broke my wrist in July and was severely
cross about the situation and my bad luck but Dan had a little
faith and reminded me of the other body parts that were still
functioning normally and from there we did 6 weeks of legs,
abdominals (tummy) and cardio; I know, my legs didn't know what
had hit them!!!
