The Association believe the Bible to be the
inspired word of God and accept it as an infallible guide and rule of our
faith and practice. It shall be the primary basis of all our teaching, preaching,
discourse at all times. (II Timothy 3:16,17 ; Matthew 24:35)
The Association believe in the eternal,
omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and immutable triune God; creator of
everything where nothing exists without him; and in the unity of the Godhead
three are three persons, equal in every divine perfection and attribute,
executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
(I John 5:7,8 ; Genesis 1:26)
The Association believe that all
are sinners and need salvation. (Romans 5:12) Jesus was the Lamb
of God, whose blood was shed for the salvation of all humans. (Isaiah
53:5 : Titus 2:14)
The Association believe that man
is unable to save himself. Salvation which is by God's grace along, is received
through sincere repentance and whole-hearted acceptance of Jesus Christ
as his personal saviour; through being born again he becomes a new creature
in Christ Jesus. (John 3:3 ; II Corinthians 5:17)
The Association believe in the Holy
Commission and shall put forth its utmost efforts to the promulgation of
the Gospel to every kindred, tribe and tongue in worldwide evangelism. (Matthew
28:19,20 ; Timothy 4:2)
The Association, in all its endeavour
shall strive to ameliorate the living conditions and the right to life,
to edcation, to relief of any kind, thus making 'world mission' its responsibility
for the Lord. (Matthew 9:38 ; James 1:27)
The Association believe in the spiritual
unity of all believers as the one body of Christ and in all its endeavour
will strive to encourage and restore any person who have committed their
lives to Christ to join with a local church of their individual choice.
(Hebrews 10:25 ; Romans 12:5 ; Acts 2:47 |
