| Hey there! And welcome to
the misc. section of my website. Below are some odds and ends that just
didn't fit in the North and South sections. Some are California, some
I think Colorado or was that Wyoming, Missouri, or was that Kentucky?
Some might even be Maine too! Some are ones that I know I didn't take
but damn they look good. Someday I might have a memory that works too,
and then again someday hell just might really freeze over! But at least
with having a memory like mine every day is a fresh new day, but you
can never remember what you had for breakfast yesterday, well like I
said it's like everyday is a new day.. "Say I haven't had Count
Chocula in ages!" Above is pictures of Balboa Park's Museum, any one of you who know your ferrets in California history, know this park and the infamous happenings there! To the right is me posing with Jaws! Below is a great picture of an aircraft carrier I took even though the base clearly had it posted that no pictures were to be taken. Amazingly guards on base are not surprised with what I did here and by the way restricted areas mean just that! Well at least they have a sense of humor about it all. They just didn't know I took the pictures, but did really politely escort me off the base! No joke, it's a long story that concerned an out of date map. |
| Now after bombing about a navel base, what better to wrap it up with a trip to a museum and zoo? To the right is an odd statue I just had to share with you. Like I said, I have no idea what the hell it is, nor am I sure if I should be insulted, intrigued, repulsed or all of the above. Below is a famous gorge as seen in the movie Top Gun. Lame movie I feel, but a damn pretty place! |

| The great picture of the tiger below was taken at the San Diego Zoo. Nothing separating you from it but a very thick pane of glass. The tiger was not looking at me but the little kid to my right that seemed to look so tasty. Tell ya, I wasn't worried, as long as I could outrun the kid in the event the glass broke I would be fine! |
| At a zoo I think that was in South Carolina... Way below here is a little turtle trying to escape to get to those lush leaves he can see there! He begged me for a file, he's still there waiting! |
And now for something completely cheesy! I have no idea about these pictures below, and how they came into my picture collection boxes, (yea, those two huge boxes I am slowly getting into albums, we all know those things! We all have one of those things under the bed or hidden in the closet!) So, I felt they would mesh in this misc. section really fine. Hey we all have pictures like this, you do, admit it! I just need to learn how to write on the back of them more often to save you this hassle! Only one of them seems vaguely familiar to me, but not the location. But hey! What the hell! Enjoy! |
