2ND ANNUAL DIOCESAN YOUNG ADULT RETREAT: April 19-21, 2002 ALL FILLED-UP!!!

All singles and couples in their 20's and 30's are invited to a special Young Adult Easter Season Retreat.  This year's retreat theme will be
"Relationships: God as Foundation in the Young Adult Life." In our busy lives, how do we find meaningful relationships: with significant others, with friends, with ourselves, and with God?  How can we truly build our relationships on the foundation of God's love, hope and compassion?

WORLD YOUTH DAY:
The Diocese of Oakland invites young adults in their 20s and 30s for a pilgrimage to World Youth Day in Toronto, Canada, July 23 - 28, 2002.  The Diocesan pilgrimage will begin on July 17, 2002 and include travel to host families prior to WYD, returning to San Francisco on July 29, 2002.

World Youth Day Pilgrimage in Toronto, CANADA. UPDATED INFORMATION...  Only $1000
NOW...  Deadline extended!  World Youth Day Pilgrimage in Toronto, CANADA.  The International Catholic Gathering for young adults.  The intended audience for WYD is  late teens, 20s and 30s.  All parish ministers, parents and young adults are invited to learn more about this exciting opportunity to journey together as an Archdiocese and join over a million Catholic young adults  from around the world with the Pope.  We are offering two trips to WYD  2002 in Toronto, Canada: July 16 - July 29 (14 days) for $1475 (double occ.) and $1000 (quad. occ.) and July 22 - July 29 (8 days) for $1400 (double occ.) and $1000 (quad. occ.).  Cost includes airfare, hotels, most meals, trip insurance, and bus transportation.  The 14 day trip includes the "Days in the Diocese" program when young adults stay with Canadian host families near Ottawa. YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY CERTIFICATION
June 8-9, August 23-25 and November 22-24

October 27-November 3, 2002

Project Rachel is a Catholic program to help both women and men who have struggled with the emotional or spiritual pain of an abortion.  The Archdiocese of San Francisco has a program through the Respect Life
