Dr. Williams is the owner/main doctor of the Justice Clinic. His rival is named Dr. Smith.
Dr. Williams and Dr. Smith went to the same medical school together and they both wanted to graduate at the top of the class, but only one can graduate at the top of the class. Dr. Williams barely made it at the top with just one point above Dr. Smith. |

With all the money Dr. Williams made from being the top student, he opened his own clinic called 'Doctor Williams Wonderful and Magical Clinic.'
Later, he changed the name to 'The Justice Clinic,' due to a number of protesters complaining about false advertisement. The angry protesters didn't like that name either, but they got sick of protesting so they stopped picketing the front door.
Dr. Smith, built on revenge for coming in only second in the class, built his own clinic called 'Dr. Smith's Crappy Clinic.' He then started forming an evil gang of patients who were told that they would receive free treatments if they could drestroy Dr. Williams and the Justice Clinic.
After Dr. Smith's gang went on their first attack, Dr. Williams captured one of the gang members and forced him to squeal. When Dr.Williams found out about Dr. Smith's plan, he started rounding up his own gang of patients with the same reward, free treatments if they could destroy Dr. Smith and his Crappy Clinic.
Dr. Williams was pleased. Not only did he gather such a great team, but now the name of his clinic makes sense.
