If you're not familiar with Crabill House, it's a period homestead virtually free of 21st century intrusion. Only a few motor-sounds from the reservoir really prevent this from being totally immersive.  Please take a look at the images Mark Holbrook has provided for us below.  Click on an image to enlarge it.

Driving Directions

The Crabill Homestead is located on the west side of C.J. Brown
Reservoir adjacent to Buck Creek State Park. 

From Columbus, exit at State Route 40 and turn right. Follow 40 to Bird
Road. Turn right on Bird Road and follow to Robert Eastman. Turn left
on Robert Easman and then right at Croft Road. Turn right at Overlook
Drive.

From Dayton, exit at State Route 41 and turn left. Follow 41 to Bird
Road. Turn right at Bird Road. Follow Bird to Robert Eastman. Left on
Robert Eastman, then right at Croft Road. Follow Croft to Overlook
Drive and turn right into the site.
