Stuff that has something to do with CPKs

Hosted by www.Geocities.ws

Hi Cabbage patch kid lovers! This page is for products that were made in relation to cpk. Cameras, bubble blowers, figurines, etc... Enjoy. If you have any information about these items please email me!

These are a pair of size 5 toddler rain boots I just acquired. They fit my little girl you see in the second picture. Cute!

OAA really tried to make everything! There are many porcelain cpk items such as figurines as pictured above or little scenes of kids playing and even full size dolls. (I have three which I will post shortly)

This is my cpk toddler train and the cutie is my Lee Middleton/Reva "Small wonders" girl. Isn't she cute? Anyhoot, the train toots along when you push it and the seat lifts up for storage space. Cute cute cute! I have four Lee Middleton dolls now. Oh yes, the train is original.

I found this cabbage patch push broom/vacum cleaner at a second hand store. It is marked O.A.A. but I have never seen anything like it before. It does work. You roll it on carpet and it will pick up some dirt. My little girl is trying to help me clean up after the babies have eaten lunch. In the picture, she is resting. Wheew. Its tough work but someone's gotta do it!

This is a real camera. It takes that odd film..the flat kind. It has logos and is also marked O.A.A. This item must be more common as I have seen it before but not that much. Not only did lucky kids like us get cabbage patch dolls but hey..why not a real camera? Neat!

This is a preschool level camera because when you press the button the cpk girl's head turns and it plays music. Like a music box. You wind it up by turning the "focus" area. My stickers have worn off but you get an idea of what it looks like. It is also marked O.A.A. My preemies get so much use out of it. Although, sometimes you wish they could stop. :)

This is a neat gadget I picked up at a old toy store. It is a bubble blower. You twist off the hat and squeeze the body and out comes the bubble wand. The next step is obvious! Talk about hands free dipping! Fun! Also marked O.A.A. works too!

This darling porcelain-like or ceramic wedding couple was hand made in the early eighties by a talented artist. I just thought it was so cute and they do look like cpks don't they? The brides' veil is so pretty.

This small figurines next to the large typical posable were found and sent to me by my friend. They are not like the typical figurines..they are made of a different plastic. Really odd if you ask me. But they are genuine...marked O.A.A. If anyone knows more info please email me! thanks!

This is probably a bathroom accessory (for a real kid of course). The sign states, "Great SMILES Start Here." I know I'm missing a ton of stuff. I assume the large round hole on the left is for a cup. The hold on the right to hold tooth brushes. The mini shelf in the front is for the toothpaste. It is copyrighted 1984 by O.A.A. Inc. It is made by HG Toys (H.K.) LTD. It looks as though the kid could have been interchangable or something because you can slide her off and on. Maybe there were different signs?

This item is a large "Vanity Center" (as it is labelled). It is a large item. (about 20 inches in length and about 12 inches high). I guess it came with brushes and play make-up etc.. It is copyright Durham ind. I guess by OAA in 1984 as well. My kids' have tons of fun with this item!

This sewing machine takes a ton of batteries and actually sews. its quite small as you can see by the presence of my newest teeny tiny preemie beside it. Of course the quality isn't the best (the cpk label is on it and thats all that matters!) ha! There's even a little foot pedal!

Yes I have a DELUXE PRAM. Its not in mint shape but hey! it works and can fit a ton of kiddos! The hood goes up and there is a cover that fits over the rest of the pram. Its so neat! Found this at a flea market in the summer! Cool huh? My hasbro baby, Charlotte (immediate cpk family...ie: childhood). She's so cute sitting there..

Hey! Did any lucky kids like you get to dress up as a cpk for halloween? (I don't have the mask yet) I didn't..I got to dress up as She-Ra but that was cool too!

As I continue to collect I will find odd cpk related stuff which I will eventually post. I have so little time...University, college and a job..are driving me bonkers..but I will ALWAYS *grin* have time for my cpks!!! Happy Holidays!
