Several binders with photos, articles,
class worksheets that are ready for the teacher to give to one of the students.  Brochures from local hotels and organizations can be placed in piles for the students to discover and peruse.  Labels on the binders read "READ THIS BINDER."    The student becomes the teacher's assistant.  "Give one sheet to each pair of students.  Ask the students to complete the sheet."
