Parent�s Night Out

Northland C.O.R.E. will be hosting a Parent�s Night Out four times over the coming year. These will be informal gatherings with the purpose of sharing information or just visiting with fellow homeschooling parents.

Resource files will be made available, if someone is looking for details on a certain topic or would like to know more about area opportunities.

We will meet at Barnes & Noble. Look for the area set aside for Northland C.O.R.E. If you have any questions please call Anne at 218-729-8250.

The evening will run from 7:00 - 9:00pm. Come for the whole time and relax, or stop in for a short visit if that�s all that will fit your schedule.

Home Educator�s Conference

April 5, 2003 at Lake Superior college.

Are you interested in helping with the 2003 Home Educators� conference? Please come to any of the following meetings to share your thoughts and ideas.

We will be meeting in the children�s section of the Duluth Public Library (downtown). For more information or to be a vendor please contact Lisa or Anne at 218-729-8250.

All home educators are welcome to participate in C.O.R.E. meetings or events regardless of methods or philosophies of homeschooling. Non-members are welcome at all C.O.R.E. events.
