Communist is code for �subversive� and �dangerous� in America. Or it at least used to be. Once upon a time, such papers as the New York times printed headlines about �the international Communist conspiracy� and it�s takeover of the world. There was hype and America believed what they heard: they feared and hated the �communists�. The modern translation of this word- connotations and all- would be �terrorist�. This is the new word that makes Americans cower in fear and bloodthirsty when war time comes. Communist Conspiracy Rhythms is a collective of people (conspirators?) making art that in other times could be considered �communist� (translation: against widely accepted and �normal� ideas, etc.) and in modern days would (among some) garner the description of �terrorist�. These terms are nothing but semantics, and labels (�punk� �hardcore� �emo�) are nothing but points to sell a product. Call us what you will; our name is Communist Conspiracy Rhythms. What is your name? These are all words, and clever talk is useless unless it leads to action.
