I have read all the terms in the previous page.

I, myself, will home and take good care of my adopted dog. I will not sell, give, or have him adopted by another party.

I will not allow my dog to venture outdoors without the proper supervision.  Unless trained to heel, my dog will always be walked outside on a leash.

I will treat my dog as a companion and not a guard dog. He will be safely homed indoors.

I will uphold and protect the rights and welfare of my dog. I will see to it that he meets his basic needs such as food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care

I understand that should I need to return my dog to AKF, I cannot ask for a fee or the reimbursement of the P500 I had paid.

I understand that animals can be unpredictable. In the situation that my dog causes future damages or injuries, I will be liable for them, and not AKF.

I allow AKF to contact me at any reasonable time to check up on how me and my new companion are doing.

I will make sure to update AKF about any changes on contact details or home address.
