| I think that Celtic art is so incredibly beautiful. I think part of the reason why it is that way for me is because of how complex and difficult it is to make an attractive knotwork design. I personally am not very good at making these designs, but I love to look at them. I find it important to note that there are many religious/spiritual connotations associated with this kind of artwork. I only vaguely have knowledge on this because to me, they are not spiritual or religious at all, merely beautiful designs that deserve praise for their artistic merit. I respect the right of those who use these designs for religious or spiritual purposes, however I feel it necessary to tell you that It is of no intention of mine to encourage that, I just want to present you with what I find to be beautiful depctions of art. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
