so i saw these incredibly cool rollerskates at kohl's one day.  they were cool, but not $100 cool.  so i waited.  and as kohl's so likes to do, the skates went on clearance, then further clearance....and still i had to think about it.  but i wanted those skates...

finally i decided i'd make them mine.  .....but they were ALL GONE!  someone had maliciously packed them away and sent them all to.....  onalaska!  so i went, of course.  and they were on even further clearance to boot.

mom and i rushed out to kohls and i bought myself a pair for $17.99.  we went home, played with them, and it occured to me that this was right up emily's alley, too.  the next day i bought another pair.  :D  two days later i decided becca would like them for christmas.  so we went out to get another pair!   brought two pairs home in a goodwill suitcase and emily and i promptly went to the beach to strut our stuff.

we were a hit.  people did stop us to ask where DID we get such very cool rollerskates by sketchers.  we told them kohl's.

kohl's has now expanded to the virginia beach area ...coming soon.
