after much consideration, i lept to a new job...essentially the same stuff, only in a different location (3 exits further away on 64) and with different buildings. now i get to work on hospitals....and hospitals.... AND as a bonus, the time acutally counts towards IDP (only 1/3 was counting previously 'coz of the lack of a mentor there). very cool.
sometimes it seems like a lateral move, but every place has its own pros and cons, and for now i am comfortable with this set, so here i am (...paraphrased from a guy at a desk near me...he said it and i thought it sounded quite diplomatic...and true).
