| so alex and mom came to visit me here uner the guise of college scoping for alex... nobody was fooled. alex even came right out and said it in band class when questioned: "alex, why won't you be around next weekend?" "i have to fly across the country to check out my sister's boyfriend" high school girls swooned and drooled in their seats apparently. but indeed they both arrived and we DID (to everyone's credit) spend a day in williamsburg checking out both the historic wiliamsburg townscape and the historic college of william and mary. lots of brick, noted alex. cool boyfriend, he also noted. mom concurred wholeheartedly on both aspects. and fun was had by all. |
