| put some cod or tilapia fillets in a container of sorts and cover with this marinade: balsalmic vinegar ginger/garlic/olive oil some salt lemon juice some garlic if you let it sit all day before you get home to cook it (in some of that juice) at 300 for however long it takes (i set the timer for 20 minutes and check on it when it smells done) then it comes out deliciously. i like to put some thinly sliced tomatos on top before i throw it in the oven. oh yum. and of course it is wheat, gluten, corn, peanut, soy, and dairy free... :) |
