so lori (williamson) and jason (chandler) were married on the 18th of october and ryan and i flew out there as fast as the loudest airplanes we could find could get us there.
ryan adopted the position of executive in charge of photography whenever he wasn't interrupted by the man actually charging money for the service....but we like our pictures best anyway.
lori, feeling the compulsive inner engineer inside her speaking, (and jason, not to be oudone) made a model (of which we have no picture) of the church complex in which they were married...so people would have a classy place to leave cards wishing the happy couple endless joy. i think everyone was struck speachless. as if they didn't have enough to do already! amazing.
despite the delicious food, good friends, and general merriment, we managed to find time to drive by and find the very famous amy shea and the infamous kaha the great. he's RETIRING next year. i hope there's an architectural reunion to go with it.....19 years of freshman coming together in honor of kaha...
back to lori and jason and their beautiful wedding... ! it was well attened, well received...and those not related to the bride learned not to be scared when a throng of ohians rush on the dancefloor (before the high schoolers tried to crash the party) singing "hang on sloopy"....it's just the ohio state rock song. (!)
