Books

Although I couldn't really find any links for these specific books, here are some of my favorites.

The Relic - or anything by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child

Of Mice and Men - by John Steinbeck (The Pearl is also a good one by Steinbeck)

The Stand - by Stephen King  (A long read - ~1200 pages - but well worth it)

She's Come Undone - by Wally Lambe
Art

I love art - drawings, paintings, sculptures, sketches, everything!  Although I don't profess to be an artist, I do enjoy sketching and drawing.
My favorite artist is William Bouguereau.  I first fell in love with Bouguereau's work when I visited the Musee des Beaux Arts in Montreal, Quebec.  There I saw one of his pieces, Crown of Flowers.  I sat and stared at the painting for over an hour, certain that the little girls would get up and walk off the canvas at any minute.  I've loved his work ever since.
Here is a small sample of my "work".
