| I told Mel about Lisa today. She came online and we were talking so I just asked what she thought about online relationships. She said she doesn't think much cause she would doubt the other person. I tried to get her to see a way around the doubt - talk to the person long enough, talk on phone, meeting like a blind date, just believe - but she doesn't talk a lot to strangers so thinks she would still doubt. Since I had nothing else to say to try to convince her I told her that I actually did have a point for asking, that maybe she was already wondering because of the questions. She said she was wondering. So since she already knew I talk to Lisa and she is from Australia I just said that she is my girlfriend. She said that's great as long as I am confident I know her. We talked a bit about her, whether I want to meet her and when. Yes, more than anything else. She asked what I was waiting for, distance and money was my answer. It was easy enough to tell her since I don't care if people think I'm crazy for having a girlfriend on the other side of the world. |
