Volunteer Instructions for

Global Generations Conference

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your schedule positions begins. Please do not be late.

Please report to the Registration booth located at the entrance of Fauteux Hall, Faculty of Law. You will receive your agenda package, name cards and other pertinent materials.

 

Please dress in business attire.

 

If you are setting up in the morning, 7:45 am arrival is sufficient. Upon arrival, you will need to check- in/meet with either Kristal Low or Tim Brown to receive further instructions as to what needs to be done.

 

If you are a Special Rapporteur for a panel, please confirm at the Registration booth which presentation(s) you will be responsible for. Again, the reports will be due by Friday, March 17, 2006, 5:00 pm. Please see the examples provided for guidance on writing conference proceedings. If you need further assistance, please contact Tim Brown.
