| 2th February - CNY Lunch Organised Chinese New Year Lunch and provide transport for 120 senior citizens from the Thye Kwan Moral Society at Brilliant Garden Restaurant. Donated $20,000.00 to the following beneficiaries: Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, Kidney Dialysis Foundation, Yayasan Mendaki and The Singapore Indian Development Assoication. Each beneficiary received $5,000.00. |
| 17th February - CNY Lunch Provide transport for 300 senior citizens from Kampong Arang for a Lunar Chinese New Year lunch at the Mandarine Hotel. Cabby Robin Lim , SHB 2820, CityCare committee's Vice Chairman, received the Volunteer Award from the Chairman of Saint Hildas' Community Service. |
| 29th March - Handicapped students Provide transport for 15 handicapped students to Singapore Management University to watch a friendly basketball and football match between CityCab drivers and MediaCorp artise. |
| 1st May - Sing alone session Organise karaoke session for CityCare members. |
| 14th June to 16th June - An Apple with a Heart 80 CityCare members participated in the "An Apple with a Heart" event, a fund raising project for LoveCOPE. The 3-day event was held at Ngee Ann City and was organised by Shell and LoveCOPE. Members also provide transport for the senior citizens of Kampong Arang. |
| 3rd September - Launch of Recycling Day Cabbies and staff participated in the recycling of newspaper, cartidges and aluminium cans. The proceeds collected from the items will be given to the CityCare Charity Fund which will be channelled to charitable causes. |
| 24th November - MUP Carnival CityCare members and CityCab staff helped in managing 2 games stalls for the Kampong Arang MUP Carnival. |
| 27th November - National Volunteerism Awards CityCare Charity Group was awarded for the Outstanding New Volunteer Initiative Award 2002 by the National Volunteer Centre. The group also received $5.000.00 cash. Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Lee Hisen Loong presented the Award to the group. |
| 1st December - Christmas Hi-Tea Provide 2-way transport for Kampong Arang Senior Citizens to Mandarin Hotel for the Christmas High Tea. |
| 5th December - Launch of Volunteer Month 100 CityCare drivers provide charity ride and raised $2,000 for the Straits Times School Pocket Fund. |
| 14th December - Recycle School Textbooks Exercise A total of 500 old school textbooks were collected and books distribution exercise was held on this day at the Staff Lounge. |
