| 6th January Organised a New Year Lunch for 120 elderly from the Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society at Happy Restaurant at Lion City Hotel. The Thye Hua Kwan Moral, Kidney Dialysis Foundation, Yayasan Mendaki and The Singapore Indian Development Assoication also received $20,000 from the CityCare Charity Group. |
| 3rd Feburary Provide transport for 400 elderly residents from Kampong Arang to celebrate Chinese New Year at the Neptune Theatre Restaurant. |
| 13th Feburary Provide transport for Mdm Chee Wai Heng, an elderly from Jalan Batu, to Marine Terrace DayCare Centre daily (on-going). |
| 25th March 40 volunteer CityCare drivers supported the Kampong Arang "Karaoke Contest 2001" event. Our lady cabby Shirley Yap charmed the audience with a mandarin piece, while cabbies Micheal Tan and Raymond Mah belted away some sweet melodious tunes. |
| 26th August Provide one game stall to raise funds, at "Happy Happy Carnival" held at Kampong Arang Riverside. |
| 18th November 12 volunteer CityCare members were involved in the CityCab Drivers' Appreciation Nite from 6pm to 10pm. |
| 7th December 20 volunteer drivers supported Kampong Arang to celebrate their Christams Party at Marine Parade Roland Restaurant from 7pm to 11pm. |
| 21th December 200 volunteer drivers supported the MiCab Project for the physically disabled students. Celebrate Christmas with the students at the CityCab Staff Lounge from 1pm to 5pm. |
