Snow's Opinion
Vincent is usually very quiet and seems as though he'd rather be alone.You learn why when he has his flashback in the waterfall cave.I am very fond of Vincent and usually keep him in my party.When Cid is the leader of you party Vincent says he wishes he had Cid's "Go get em attitude".He also isnt sure if there is any emotions left in him but I believe there are.After all he's my favorite!*huggles Vincent* Anyway unlike the other Characters you dont have to use Vincent at any one point in the game.

Get the Death Penalty
To get Chaos you need to have the Sub and you need to visit Lucrecia on Disc 2.
There will be two caves underwater one will have the "Key to the Ancients" the other will lead to a water fall.The one with the water fall is where you need to be,Make sure you have Vincent in your party.He and Lucrecia will talk a nd Vincent will have a flash back.It explains a lot.Okay once he tells Lucrecia that her son is dead and she disappears leave.Then come back on Disc 3 with Vincent and you should get The "chaos" manual and the Death Penalty.You can equip his new weapon if you want but the materia growth is nothing,so its only good for putting mastered materia on.So if you have mastered all of your materia go ahead and equip it.
To get all your materia mastered defeat the Emerald Weapon and get the Earth Harp.Then take the earth harp tp Kalm.There is a man who is looking for it in one of the houses.Give it to him and all you materia will be mastered.
