You first meet Rufus on the top of the Shin-Ra Inc building. Rufus gives a speech and then battles you. Rufus dies in his office by a blast of fire from the Diamond Weapon. He could have ran like a little wuss but no he had stay and get killed. Rufus is my older brother and he is with Reno. Rufus has this get outta my way before I shoot you thing going on. Also he has blonde hair and blue eyes and is always there. And he loves to give speeches.
