| One of the most energetic dances ever created is the Georgian Dance. Known for their quick leaps and spins in the air, these dancer can cross the stage in small steps on point. The jump in succession from their knee to thier toe, then come back don again to land on their knees. A wonderful moment in this dance is the sword element.
