Greetings, guten Tag, and zdrastvuite! Welcome to my site. I am EWStan. (You didn't expect me to use my real name on the internet, did you?) You may remember my old site, but I have moved it here as this seems to give me more options and flexibility. It already looks better than my old site. Anyhow, I am still elarning and creating so, as always, bear with me. One day I hope to learn some HTML or FrontPage or the like, but until then, I still rely on a site builder. Despite this, I don't feel it looks too bad. Of course, helpful comments are always welcome (see my Contact page for instructions on how to contact me).
In case you were wondering, Chronowerx comes from the name of a fictional late-20th-century computer company from a Star Trek: Voyager episode. It was founded by a man who found a crashed time machine and became wealthy with the help of stolen 29th-century technology. It kind of fits with my obsession with time.
A little bit about me. I am currently a student at Kansas State University majoring in computer engineering. My family and I live in suburban Kansas City, though we are originally from suburban Chicago. My interests include, but are not limited to: science fiction, computers and other electronic gadgets, horology (time keeping), aviculture (breeding, raising, and keeping birds), astronomy, lighthouse-related collectibles, and politics.
Hope you enjoy your visit to my site. Come back soon. |
