Prepared Meats Description

The prepared meats description page is geared to provide a brief description of each product and some of the ingredients we use to prepare each product listed. If this were a live site for public viewing it would contain a much richer description of each item listed as well as a larger selection from which to choose. Finally, I wanted to demonstrate html and css code used to create the page.

The briskets are slow smoked for 18 hours with mesquite and an ancho chili marinade. Delicious flavor and spice. Prime cuts Marinated with a chipotle rub and smoked 24 hours with apple wood chips. Marinated 24 hours. Fresh herb marinade with pecan wood, hickory, and olive oil. Let us know your choice of cuts. Amazing marinated flavor. Garlic and olive oil puree creates a delicious rub that adds tremendous flavor.
Creole Smoked Brisket Jack Daniels Smoked Brisket Herbed Pork Loin Honey Glazed Pork Loin
Chili and spices create a flavorful smoked brisket that is cooked on more direct heat. Marinated with a Jack Daniels mixture and slow smoked with hickory chips for 6-8 hours. Fresh herbs rubbed into this tender cut of pork. Slow smoked for 4 hours with mesquite. This pork loin cut is rubbed with a mix of chilies, smoked slow.
