Welcome to the prepared meats catalog page. While here take a moment and view the options below the pricing information. It is important to point out that the pricing reflects choice cuts as opposed to prime cuts. Prices will differ of course based on this choice. Additionally, if you choose to submit a recipe or idea for a specific flavor the prices may fluctuate either direction. Compared to similar products offered elsewhere, you will find that we beat our competitors prices in some cases as much as half. The standard size brisket offered is 10-12 pounds with options for larger or smaller sizes available. Please check with us for approprite pricing as this is not presently reflected in the information on the site. As you will find we have provided the ability to purchase up to 10 items from each of those listed.
